The charitable foundation LetsHelp is pleased and deeply moved to announce the successful presentation of the new poetry book by Ms. Maria Martidou Theofanous, title “Tis Smirnis Synaxari”, which took place on Wednesday, April 9th, at the fully packed Ypsonas Municipal Theatre.

 

This presentation was a unique cultural event, where poetry met theater, music, and dance, offering the audience a multidimensional and emotionally powerful experience that transported us to the era of the Asia Minor Catastrophe and the Smyrna of our hearts.

 

Warm thanks are extended to all the contributors to the event – actors, musicians, choir members, dancers, and technicians – who, with their passion and dedication, brought to life this important historical and cultural memory.

 

Special recognition and heartfelt gratitude go to Ms. Maria Diamantidou, Ms. Angelina Fella, Ms. Georgia Argyrou, Ms. Georgia Kombou, and Mr. Achilleas Pitsillides for their flawless organization and coordination of the event.

All proceeds from the sale of the book will be entirely allocated to support the Cyprus Autism Association, meaningfully contributing to the advancement of its activities.

 

The book is available for purchase at the price of €10, daily from 2:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Pyrinas Private Institute, as well as directly from Ms. Maria Theofanous.
